All goods sold are non-refundable once purchased. For faulty items, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received the items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserves the right to reject faulty items if we deem it to be damaged due to misuse or negligence. All items are covered by a 6 months warranty for mechanical and electrical malfunction. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
